Ropa Vieja, or "old clothes," is a classic Cuban dish with shredded steak in tomato sauce. It is a perfect, wholesome option for both lunch and dinner, featuring a spicy aroma and sweet accents.
"This reminds me of my grandmother and aunts who used to make this when I was young girl growing up in Orlando, Florida. It’s a perfect dish for large gatherings. This is a common recipe in most Cuban homes."
